"Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und einfach! Noch nie wurden wir so freundlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön mit dem besten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Man konnte sogar auf das Dach und hatte einen 360Grad Ausblick. Der Sonnenuntergang ist umwerfend! "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf der wundervollen Insel Kreta. Das Chalet Sissi hat uns gut gefallen auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung. Der Ausblick von jedem Balkon ist herrlich, uns hat es besonders die Schafherde in der Ferne angetan. Die Tipps der Restaurents in der Nähe waren großartig, ebenso die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Stefan. Wir haben viele herrliche Ausflüge unternommen und morgens und abends den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Come and visit crete!"

"We loved our stay (August 2025) at the Royal And Imperial Belvedere hotel. Our room was great, newly decorated and spotlessly clean. The main dining area is really big and being able to sit outside meant you didn't feel like you were going to the same restaurant for every meal! Lots of fresh food options, the grill and the salad bars were excellent. The causal dining options were also great with a range of family friendly food available. Having a separate bar area from the entertainment means you can choose a more peaceful spot in the evening, or get involved in the fun. The pools are fab - a 50 metre pool on holiday! Even when it was busy it didn't feel busy. Plenty of sunbeds available around the pools or on the peaceful sun terrace. Theres not a lot to walk to nearby and the local beaches are taken up by sunbeds from the bars, but we'd recommend a walk into Koutouloufari for a look round the shops or a drink in the evening."
