This hotel is just a step above.A Mo the pool area was empty and it was full of furniture.The only good thing about it is that looks like it's been remodeled.New carpet in the hallway so forth.But it's a two story building and there's no elevator

The accommodations were adequate. The area is quiet. It is an easy location to get to from the I-29 Interstate Highway.

Couldn’t hardly find anyone, and when I did they weren’t very friendly. I cleaned up with room myself which was upsetting but I made due for a night. Bring your own towels if you plan on staying.

This place has bed bugs and tried telling us that we are wrong. There thought we found several. There was also guest complaint they also found bed bugs in their rooms also.

The room was quiet and clean enough and there were plenty of towels, but there was not a single washcloth. There were only two cups for 2 paper people. The door did not lock properly.

For the price, nearly $120 total, for ONE night you'd think we would be staying in a much nicer hotel. The smell of the place (weed and earthy/musty odors), lack of amenities (pool and spa area have been shut down for months according to other reviews), the lack of breakfast selection, subpar mattress and pillows, thin blankets, terrible water pressure, etc. should really have been $70 maxium charged per night...

Upon arrival we learned that the pool was u see construction. All the clerk could say was it was on the website. When I pulled the website up, he just shrugged his shoulders. Other guests were the the same way. Not aware of the pool situation.

It was a comfortable night’s stay. They did not have the air on when I got into my room but the room cooled down quickly so that didn’t turn out to be an issue.

Property was dark and dreary. With only about six rooms occupied, all seemed to be placed in close proximity. TV noise came through walls. Breakfast food options were limited. And probably over priced.

Snow storm forced us to stay here, Heat in room was not on, large clump of hair attached to pillow on bed which was gross. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets and blankets. Apples at breakfest were about 2 months past their prime.

I fully understand they were under construction however I am a late night worker so I sleep in the morning. 3 out of my 4 nights i had house keeping and construction workers just open my door without knocking. 2 time i was in bed and had put the safety lock on which woke me up earlier than I wanted and the third time i was in the bathroom.

Pet fee was supposed to be $15, but charged me $20. There pool and hot tub is drained. To me a lot of false advertising. In a middle of remodeling. So not very clean.

Horrible
It was horrible. The lady at the front desk walked in sweats and was smoking. She also gave me a key to a room that wasn't clean at all. I had to show her that did to even believe me. When I got another room I walked all you could smell was mold, smoke and the sheets were filthy. I opened the window to bring fresh air in and there was no screen on it. Thank goodness I didn't have any children with me

I called to see what time we could check in since we had a wedding to get to at 4:00. The manager on duty said we could check in at 2:00. Perfect. I arrived a little after 2. No one was at the front desk. Finally a cleaning person walked by and she was nice and said she would go find someone to help me. 25 minutes later, here he comes casually strolling up to the front desk without a care in the world. This is the same guy I had talked to on the phone. No customer service skills at all. Not a hello, not a sorry for the wait. Nothing. Gave me my keys. I go to my room. It’s decent at least. Clean. Smells okay. We returned to our room a little after midnight, and our room key isn’t working. Go back to the front desk, which is closed now, smells only of pot and says call 1 for assistance. So I do, and 15 minutes later, someone comes, asks what room we are in, doesn’t verify anything, and just gives us a new key. We could have gotten a key to any room in that hotel!! The room and bed was decent, but I will never stay here again. Customer service and safety is seriously lacking.
