Villa "Sirmione Lakefront" is located in Sirmione and offers stunning views of Lake Garda and the nearby beach. This elegant two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with single beds), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. You will also enjoy a private sauna, a private gym, and fitness equipment.



Outside, the villa offers a large pool with whirlpool function, a garden, spacious covered poolside terraces, a professional grill, and an outdoor shower. There is also a balcony. The pool can be heated on request, with prior confirmation from the host and three days’ notice; this service is available for an extra fee.



The property is a short walk from the beach, and public transport is easily accessible on foot. There are 6 parking spaces in a large garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property and interiors are step-free, and there is an elevator. Motorcycle and bicycle storage is available.



Recycling guidelines are provided, with more information on site. The villa has water and energy-saving devices, and part of the electricity is generated by solar panels. Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Any external guests must be reported to the management.
