The fully air-conditioned apartment is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

On the first floor there is the bright living room with couch corner and dining table, balcony and a separate kitchen area with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. On this floor there is a double room with a wardrobe and TV as well as a children's room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor with a sloping roof. Here you will find another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, and a large livable terrace with a refrigerator. Here you can enjoy wonderful evenings and stay well protected even in bad weather thanks to the roof. The terrace can be fully opened or closed on all sides. There is a dining table, a lounge area, and a kitchen corner with a stovetop, sink, work surface, and refrigerator. From here you can also see the lake.

The residence’s swimming pool is located directly on the lake and offers ample space and green areas to relax as you wish.

You can park your car in the apartment’s private garage.

The lively center of Colombare di Sirmione is just a 2-minute walk away. The beach is directly in front of the property and is equipped (pedal boat rental, bar, motorboat rental).
