We really love the warm thermal outdoor swimming pool overlooking Lake Guarda, the comfortable well appointed rooms with balconies overlooking the lake, the lavish morning breakfast and the location right at the entrance of the old city by the castle. It is the perfect place to go spend at the beginning or end of a long trip."

"A great location away from the bustle of the old town, but literally only 2 minutes away. Quiet, relaxing environment, helpful staff and a very enjoyable stay. The town itself is not car friendly, so arriving by cab from the station involved a 10 minute walk with luggage through the town - for a family I would suggest arranging either a car pass if coming by car (the hotel has car parking, but you will have little need for one past arrival), or if coming by rail a hotel organised pickup is...

"Hotel is in an excellent location on Sirmione peninsula. You have to drive through a restricted road and through very narrow streets filled with pedestrians. The Hotel is a B and `B and very dated. The staff were very friendly and approachable and always happy to chat and pass the time. We had a Lake View which was great, although the balcony is a little small. overall the Hotel was clean and the maid service was good. At the time of our stay there were a number of guests who had dogs, I must...

"Excellent service and stay. A little out of the way for choice of eating nearby otherwise this was a lovely hotel with pleasant staff well maintained with a nice pool which was great. I would happily stay again."

"The breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed fresh melons and other fruit, bacon, eggs, good cappuccino and more. The owners are very friendly. Our double room was fine but slightly dated. The ping pong table was unfortunately located in the garage area that had large mosquitoes in it."

"Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it. Overall a nice stay. "
