The Baseventuno Residence is idyllically situated on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort of Sirmione and boasts a fantastic pool area. Apartment 4 is located on the 1st floor and has a modern, bright living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 3 people. It is further equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The entire apartment is equipped with high quality furniture and is stylishly decorated. Outside you will find a balcony with a barbecue and a view of the countryside, where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast under the warm sun. The shared pool in the complex is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Unwindon the comfortable sun loungers and read an interesting book. The centre of Sirmione with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops is just a 15-minute walk away (or 1.2 km) and the beautiful lakeside promenade is the ideal place for a romantic evening stroll. The section of the beach Spiaggia Punta Grò is 650 m or an 8-minute walk away.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, in super Lage, sehr ruhig
Pros: Das Haus und das Apartment waren sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war ebenfalls wunderbar und wurde täglich gepflegt. Der Gastgeber und seine Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Schöner Urlaub
Pros: Gute Erreichbarkeit des Gardasees zum Baden, Pool sauber, Garten gepflegt. Fewo und Haus sauber.
Das Beste war die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters ( Herr Pentini), die Freundlichkeit und die sofortige Reaktion auf verschiedene Anliegen.
Sehr fleißiger Vermieter.
Cons: Die Dusche war sehr klein, das Bad auch. Wenig Ablagefläche.
Küche auch sehr klein. Wenig Ablagefläche, Ofentür ging nicht auf.
Das soll aber jetzt nicht als sehr negativ gesehen werden. Sondern mehr als Hinweis, falls jemand da auf "mehr" Wert legt.Die baulichen Gegebenheiten geben nicht mehr her. Wir haben uns 14 Tage arrangiert und es nicht über bewertet.

Mooi appartement in een super leuke omgeving.
Pros: De host was via whatsapp goed bereikbaar, reageerde vaak binnen 5 minuten en bovendien was hij ook erg vriendelijk. Het appartement was schoon en mooi. Buiten het appartement zijn veel leuke stadjes om te bezichtigen en uiteraard het Gardameer.
