Very friendly staff, clean and cozy room. Big terrace with awsome view. Pool area beautiful and clean. Just an excellent place to stay on your vacation, not too far from the castle, shops and restaurats.

Great value accomm with pool near old town

Staff were so helpful. Location was excellent, 20 min walk to old town, 20 min walk to new town and shuttle bus stop right outside if you don’t want to walk. Peaceful Private jetty and lovely clean pool were a big bonus.

Great 3 star apartment residence, very serviceminded owner Alexandra and the gentleman in the reception made our stay fantastic. Great location and a nice pool area. Parking outside also worked well.

Great stay, nice location

All was good and the suite was very nice. Not luxury beds (only slight minus here), but good for a few nights. A few parking spots right in front of the building for free. A lovely tiny "store" for guests where you can take things (juice, coffee, snacks etc.) and pay when you check out - very handy when arriving late with nothing. Do recommend! For smokers: yes you can smoke on your balcony. Was a bit scared of this with Hotels.com's description of a fully smokefree hotel.

A wonderful stay.

We can definitely recommend to stay at Alexandras place. The service from front desk, by the pool, cleaning and from Alexandra was valuable and great. The apartment had everything we needed, and the hotel is placed perfectly near the lake, where there is private access for guest. You will be in walking distance the old part of Sirmione, where there's nice restaurants.

Bra boende, men väldigt trevlig personal. Vi blev väldigt väl mottagna när vi kom, och efter utcheckning var det inga problem att stanna en stund vid poolen och bada. Fin pool och egen liten strand med brygga ut i sjön. Lägenheterna var enkla, men med allt man behöver. En liten ”butik” vid entrén så där man kan köpa dricka etc. Väldigt trevlig g totalupplevelse, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Très confortable, propre, air climatisé, arrivée et départ faciles, situé un peu loin de Sirmione à pieds mais ça se marche très bien quand même (30 min environ) et arrêt d’autobus en face. Plusieurs restaurants aux alentours. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Ils nous ont aidées en réservant un taxi pour nous amener à la station de trains très tôt le matin.

Luksus på budsjett

Stor bo enhet med 2 bad og 3 møblerte balkonger samt 1 soverom. Masse garderobeplass. Kjøkken med det mest nødvendigste. Rommet har nok i sin tid vært veldig luksuriøst men er nå klar for oppussing. Bassenget var flott, personalet meget hyggelig og behjelpelig. Beliggenheten er upåklagelig omringet av Gardasjøen på begge sider. Kort vei til det meste Skulle gjerne hatt en balkong med morgen sol.

Die Unterkunft ist in traumhafter Lage und super mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Unser Zummer war oberflächlich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer ein Ameisenproblem. All unsere Lebensmittel waren nach dem Aufenthalt befallen. Sehr schade

Dans l'ensemble satisfaisant

Très bel appartement avec kitchenette, super grand frigo, et beaucoup de place pour le rangement. Propreté moyen, mais je pense que l'appartement n'était pas utilisé depuis un moment, car l'eau de la douche était brune lors de notre première utilisation. Sinon bien placé. Plage privée.

Ok, but not super

Nice place. Not very service oriented staff though. The pool guy was not happy or helpful, and my daughter was not allowed to use swimming fins in the pool, and also not even to jump in the pool. Why? - we were the only ones in the pool! The lake bridge is not very pleasing, and very shallow water. Basically useless. Air condition didn't work at all.

Hotellet ligger på en næsten ubefærdet vej , hvilket giver ro om natten. Værelserne er meget rummelige , istandsatte og med balkon. Lækker og ren pool i et pænt poolområde

Ondanks dat het een relatief oud gebouw is, heeft het niets verloren van haar pracht en praal. Staar je niet blind op de gedateerde kamers die prima functioneren overigens. Ontzettend ontspannen, fijn en huiselijke sfeer in de accomodatie. De eigenares is altijd in de buurt en is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Als je op zoek bent naar een ontspannen plek dan is dit het adres. Niet ver van het centrum, groot zwembad, eigen parkeerplekken, zeer ruime kamers en ook een eigen pier om het meer in te gaan.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Macken ;)

Großartige Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene, schöner Pool, nette Gastgeber. Das Zimmer 314 ist ok eingerichtet, ruhig auf der Rückseite gelegen, mit Klimaanlage, großen Balkons, allerdings könnte es eine Renovierung vertragen... z.B. die beschädigten Fliesen, Die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet, da haben wir in Ferienwohnungen schon wesentlich bessere gesehen. Das Elternbett ist für unseren Begriff sehr hart und wir haben da schlecht geschlafen,,, aber wer es mag...das Kinderbett ist ein Ausziehbett... weicher.. ok für kleinere Kids. Zu den Kosten kommen noch 25€ für die Küchenreinigung dazu, Tiefgarage 10€ pro Nacht/Tag..wenn man keinen Platz vor dem Haus bekommt und dann noch "local taxes"... Insgesamt (speziell im Vergleich mit schon zuvor gemieteten Ferienwohnungen und Häusern) war uns das hier "gebotene" zu teuer. Trotzdem war es eine schöne Zeit :).

Absolutely amazing location! The hotel has been updated and we loved the furnishings. Staff so helpful and friendly. Real Italian experience. The pool was fantastic, my daughter loved it. Had aircon for those warm nights and a spacious balcony to relax and enjoy the sunset!
