"Sistema all inclusive muito bom. Suporte de manutenção muito ruim. Fiquei hospedado de quarta a domingo. Abri chamado na recepção na quarta, quinta, sexta e sábado para desentupir a pia do banheiro, algo muito simples. A resposta era sempre a mesma: vamos comunicar agora à manutenção. Até a minha saída no domingo, nenhuma providência foi tomada!!!"

The location is perfect—very close to the beach and the beach barracas, which makes everything extremely convenient. "This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage."
