Room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a great location and accessible to public transportation. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The only issue was some noisy neighbors that disturbed the entire floor. Security came to check on the problem.

The staff were exemplary, housekeeping service was the best, the location and proximity to sky train station and Yaletown could not have been better, the restaurant and bar service was second to none
