BEDROOMS:
-Bedroom 1: Queen bed, main level, en suite bathroom
-Bedroom 2: King bed, upper level, smart TV
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed, upper level
-Bedroom 4: Full bed, upper level

LIVING ROOM: The living room has fun eclectic vibes. There are two couches, a 70-inch TV with Hulu, and board games. Just off the living room is another seating area with two chairs and a record player.

KITCHEN + DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal. The dining table is right off the kitchen and sits 8 + a highchair for the little one. Everyone wants to know about the coffee situation, right? We`ve got a drip-coffee maker that can do both single servings and a full pot. Coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar are provided! We`ve also got a tea kettle + tea bags.

OFFICE/SUNROOM: No one likes working at the dining table, right? We`ve got the perfect office + sunroom set up. Situated at the front of the house, there`s a desk, chair, and super comfy lounge chair. This space can be used year-round!

BATHROOMS: A half bathroom is on the main floor in the queen bedroom. A full bathroom is upstairs. There`s only one full bathroom in the house so it will take some planning if everyone needs to shower! All the amenities are provided including towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a basket of goodies in case you forget anything.

LAUNDRY: The basement is unfinished and has a washer + dryer that guests are welcome to use free of charge. Detergent is provided as well.

BACKYARD: The backyard is massive and is fully fenced in, making it perfect for pets! We`ve also got a firepit, chairs and a propane grill for those summer + fall nights.

BABY/KID ITEMS: We know it`s no fun traveling with a bunch of baby items, so we have provided a highchair and pack-and-play (with a mattress + sheets) so you have two less things to pack! We also have toys and books.

PARKING: There`s no garage or driveway so parking is on the street, but there`s plenty of it available!

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- Nope! It`s all yours!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No, this is against our policy.
