Great little place

Enjoyed our stay. We were in town to watch our grandkids compete in the state swim meet. Well within walking distance. Very convenient. Clean, comfortable older apartment. Would book again.

Very clean and excellent service

A co-worker and I stayed here for five weeks. The owner is very cordial and helpful anytime. The supplies to live with for over a month were sufficient, and any request was fulfilled that day. Just a 4-minute walk to Sanford and convenient to everything else in Sioux Falls. I plan to stay here again soon.

Perfect and Cozy

The Apt is really well done. Its very clean and equipped with everything you need. I had a week stay with Doctors appointments and procedures. It was quiet, and conveniently located. The property manager was very communicative. I will absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay!

I would highly recommend this property. The communication with the owner was excellent throughout our entire stay. The property was very clean and nicely decorated and the location for us was very good. The check in process was very easy and the host was very accommodating with our early check in request do to having to get ready for a wedding. Two restaurants are with in easy walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book here!

1st experience

This was our 1st vrbo experience, and it surpassed our expectations. Our accommodations were neat, clean, very welcoming. I appreciated the extra touches that they had holiday decor around as we used this as our gathering place for our family Christmas. Our host was super friendly and nade sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Rubin for making this 1st experience a great experience.

Christmas 2022

The place was great. Super clean and well stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils I needed to pull off several Christmas meals. We were close to church and the hospitals. They had a small Christmas tree decorated for us to feel right at home. In the morning, the snow was shoveled from the walk way. We will stay again if the need arises.

3 Dyas in Sooux Falls

My stay was absolutely great... Everything worked and was as described...Only kink on arrival is the no shoes inside policy.. makes it very difficult to get ur luggage and groceries inside ... Place is EXTREMELY clean and relaxing.. there are neighbors downstairs so if ur a big person as i am ya kinda walk on eggshells as to not make problems.... There is no laundry room that i saw ....Also no icemaker so bring ur own bag of ice 2 put n freezer... I will defintely stay here again when im in town.. Also there is a shared parking area BUT i drive a rather large pickup so parking on the street was NO problem... Great Place for Nice Price

Excellent experience

I have stayed in many different VRBO properties and I must say that the cleanliness of this property was top notch. They provided everything you could want and the communication with the host was the best I have had. I would definitely use this property again. The only thing I would say is that being a second floor unit, the stairs would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. It was not so in our case. Thank you to our hosts-we enjoyed our stay!

Extended weekend in Sioux Falls

The apartment is clean and perfect for up to four people. The location is convenient to downtown and Falls Park (just over five minutes away) and very close to the Sanford Medical Center. We brought four bikes and there was room in the basement laundry room to store them when not in use. The neighborhood was quiet and we walked a short distance one evening for dinner at a local restaurant. Our overall experience was very nice.

Best B&B experience I've had!

This place was absolutely amazing me and my lady friend decided to check out Sioux falls for New years Eve to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florida and New Orleans when we reside and honestly it exceeded our expectations as far as lodging is concerned. Cheaper than a hotel and way better it was nice to be able to cook in a full kitchen relaxing very comfortable king size bed and lounge around it just did quality time the host communicate great and are extremely accommodating there's even a washer and dryer on site for your charge for anyone who needs to wash clothes honestly skip the hotel and book here!
