1. We allow ONE well trained and well behaved dog weighing no more than 20lbs at this property. Guests must clean up fully after their pet. This includes large amounts of fur during shedding season and yard waste.

2. NO SMOKING inside the property. Includes vaping, e-cigarettes and the like. Pick up and properly dispose any smoking waste in the exterior garbage when smoking outdoors.

3. FIRE RISK: Do not plug in high power draw appliances or equipment such as space heaters.
