This absolutely charming apartment with close proximity to Downtown Sioux Falls, McKennan Park, Avera Hospital, Sanford Hospital, Good Samaritan and Veterans Administration Hospital. The vintage character and original charm have been preserved over the years including hardwood flooring, 1930's floor tile, built in hutches in the formal dining area and 6 panel doors.

Laundry Room onsite available for guests only.

Owner will be available via messaging and phone if needed. Onsite staff available when needed.

Great location walking distance to Downtown Sioux Falls, McKennan Park, Sanford Hospital, and Avera Hospital.
