We had a wonderful stay in East Sioux Falls. The number of bedrooms, two living spaces and kitchen and dinning space made it a wonderful family time! The host is great to work with, responsive and flexible! We are glad we opted to stay here for two and a half weeks!

Project in SIoux Falls

Four of my employees stayed at this property while in Sioux Falls working on a project. The host was always accessible, and the check in process was easy. My employees stated the house was clean and comfortable and enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The home was clean and had Christmas decorations throughout. It had 2 living room locations which worked great for the older and younger groups of our family to enjoy time together. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Check in was simple with an access code. The home is near lots of shopping and restaurants on the East side of town. This was good place to stay!

Home away from home

We were in town to celebrate our son's wedding. Our whole family was able to stay here and use it as our home base. Very convenient location! Lots of room for everyone to spreads out and have their own space. It was especially helpful to have a high chair and pack and play for our 8 month old grandson. Hostess is very responsive. Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Property review

The accomodations were very nice and as expected per the description. My only feedback for improvement would be to list all of the rules that the host has in the property description so guests know what to expect prior to booking and arrival. The cleaning rules prior to checkout were unexpected and unrealistic. I have respect for properties we stay in and keep them in good order and don't leave messes, but the hosts expectations were unrealistic. Also, we had hoped to have a few family members stop by for a visit for an hour or two in the middle of the day but it was against the rules. If the rules would have been listed up front in the property description, we would have booked elsewhere without the restrictions. Other than that, the property was comfortable and worked for our stay.
