The prairie's walking and bike trail runs right alongside the property and provides a peaceful route toward campus. The trail also connects to Children's Park, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without getting in the car.

With three separate living spaces, everyone can find a comfortable place to relax. The extra-large living area provides plenty of room for groups to gather, while another living space has a cozy den-like atmosphere that is perfect for conversation, relaxing, or settling in with a good book.

The home also includes a bonus room/playroom, giving kids a place to play or providing adults with a quiet reading or relaxation space.

The kitchen and dining areas are set up with larger groups in mind. The dining table includes extra leaves, and an additional table and seating are available when you need more room for meals, games, or family gatherings.
