"Great staff but the property is in a terrible state of disrepair and badly maintained."

"The Hotel has a million dollar view but that is where it ends. The room was clean and I liked the bathroom and the air conditioner worked well. The safe was locked and they were unable to open it. The dresser drawers were difficult to use. The TV never worked the week we were there. I don't really care because we were gone a lot enjoying the island. The safe not working was a big sticking point with me because we were gone diving and snorkeling most of the time with no where to lock up our valuables. Both beds were too small even though there is plenty of room for a King size bed. I like to go cheap on my hotel on vacation and spend my money on food and activities. I liked the area and you could enjoy the ocean right on your back porch. It has so much potential it is sad. The maid never came in and I am alright with that because the safe didn't work and I didn't want to test their loyalty. Even that is not a big deal because we were able to get clean towels. It is a cheap hotel.Would I stay here again, no. I would pay a little more money for a better Hotel. I wanted to lile it."

"We were very happy with our stay at this property. The location was great for us, and the condo itself was fully equipped with everything one could have needed (including spices for cooking, and an initial supply of the essentials). It was great to have everything needed for a day at the beach or pool. Communication on access and directions to the condo was great. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great experience, quick responses, easy directions. The Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting at the beach at night and used the hot tub twice in the evenings. The fact it was open after 10pm was awesome. Accommodations in the room were exactly what we needed. The only issue was the a/c wasn’t working well, however we were not in the room enough to need it. At night we just opened the sliding door and turned on the fan. Stores were close by, lots of beautiful beaches all the recommendations were great. I’d totally recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot and want to visit the island, not a resort but plenty of nice amenities. We loved it. Also Duggans Reef was a most try!"

"Awesome location on a beautiful beach, a short 3-5 minute drive from grocery stores and delicious restaurants. Full kitchen was great for relaxing days. Waterfront porch is ideal for quiet ocean contemplation and morning coffee. Owners and on-site manager were highly responsive and generous. Favorite restaurant: UmamiFavorite snorkeling experience: Buck IslandDon’t miss the Botanical Garden.Thank you to the very gracious owners for sharing their lovely beach home! "

"I held back on writing a review, but after thinking about it and remembering that this is a business and people like me save their money and want the best bang for their buck. First off the Waze app doesn't work the best on the island, found Google maps works a ton better. The condo is small and great for a couple. Tracy provides lots creature comforts, cooler, beach chairs, sun block, condiments, etc. You'll need to buy bottled water, can't drill for freshwater on the island. The unit has a single portable AC unit, and it keeps the bedroom somewhat comfortable. The rest of the unit get pretty warm, the fans take the edge off. The shower valve is backwards and does not get warm enough. The place has a good base, but needs some upgrades. The pool was redone recently and was good. The complex is clean and maintained, Anthony is doing a great job keeping the place up and deserves a raise and a helper. Thanks to Barbara, she went out of her way to help and showed us around. Everyone we met there was nice, very friendly. P.S. Foodtown is the most expensive grocery store in the area, shop around for better. Good luck driving on the wrong side of the road and watch out for potholes!! May 2026"
