Gutes Essen aber nur bedingt gute wellness

Der Pool war leider überfüllt und nicht sehr sauber. Der Pool war nur in Badekleidung zu betreten, was ich als unhygienisch empfand. Der Fitnessraum war faktisch nicht vorhanden, weil unbenutzbar. Das Abendbuffet war allerdings sehr zu empfehlen

자그레브에서 부다페스트 이동중 하루 머물렀어요~~~지하에 사우나시설과 그리 크지 않은 온천욕을 할 수 있는 시설이 있어 휴양하기 좋아요 또 조금 떨어진 곳에 빌라톤호수를 끼고 있어 놀이 시설을 즐기는 사람들과 수영하는 사람들이 많아요~~ 배타거나 근처 맛집들도 꽤 있고 수퍼도 있어 주변이 편리합니다 참 주차비를 따로 지불해야 합니다 차없이 걸어서 빌라톤호수까지 다니기에는 조금 멀 수도 있어요 암튼 편하게 푹 쉬었다가 왔어요...,

If you don't have a car, try to book a hotel somewhere closer to the city centre/beach. The room was OK but there was no attention to detail - spider living in corners, hairs on pillow and sheet and even a hole in the sheet - beds were quite old but for one night was again just OK. The double bed was 2 single beds next to each other. We didn't use the spa facility I have not even seen it, so can't comment on that - others seemed to have enjoyed it. If you want to order a taxi from the hotel be prepared that you have to get in an old van, door doesn't even close from the inside I'd say it's quite dangerous. We asked for a taxi when we left and said we don't want this taxi driver to which the receptionist replied that his number is the only one she knows and she would have to Google another taxi number. We agreed she would do this, 10 minutes later I went to ask where our taxi is, it has not even been ordered yet. Price wise I'm not sure whether this hotel is on the cheap side as we paid in £'s and it wasn't that cheap, but by the room/service it certainly felt like that. Sorry but we wouldn't go back.

Leider verbinden wir eher negative Eindrücke mit dem Hotel.... Vor allem der Service und die Sauberkeit im Hotel lassen zu wünschen übrig. Service: Je nachdem wer gerade Dienst hatte an der Rezeption war entsprechend un-/freundlich. Vor allem beim Check-in fühlten wir uns nicht gerade herzlich willkommen. In der Bar versuchten wir abends einen Cocktail. Der wurde alles andere als motiviert zubereitet. Man merkt einfach, dass das Personal nicht wirklich Spaß an der Arbeit hat. Sauberkeit: Das Badezimmer war nicht richtig sauber und das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. In der Wand war sogar ein ca. 10cm langes Loch. Das Bett hatte kein passendes Spannbettuch, sodass man schnell einfach nur auf der Matratze lag. Das Essen im Restaurant war nichts besonderes. Man wurde satt ;-)

ótimo hotel

muito boa estadia. quarto limpo e bem confortável. restaurante com boa comido no jantar e café da manhã. não fomos ao spa pois ficamos apenas uma noite no caminho para o aeroporto de Budapeste. com certeza voltaremos para curtirmos o verão em Siofok e ficaremos no CE Plaza.

Az ágy sajnos kritikán aluli volt kényelmi szempontból."King Shize" franciaágy volt írva,ehhez képest kettő heverő volt összetolva,középen a két matrac között jó nagy réssel.A matrac pedig kényelmetlen volt.Elnézést,de le kellett írnom.Ezen kívül mindennel meg voltunk elégedve.

Nytt og fint hotell

Nytt, fint hotell med hyggelig betjening. Vi var overrasket om hvor langt det var fra sentrum, men etter å ha funnet korteste vei gjekk dette fint. Hotellet hadde sykler til utleie, noe vi gjerne benyttet oss av. Etter tur i sentrum slo vi opp den doble glassdøren til balkongen, og kose oss der resten av kvelden. Liten balkong, men med bord og 2 stoler og opning til rommet var denne stor nok for 2 stk.

Családi szálloda elsősorban kisgyermekeseknek.

A hotel medencéje folyamatosan zsúfolt. Benne szünet nélkül 5-6 év alatti 10-15 kisgyermek hancúrozott.Tehát a nyugodt, csendes wellnessre vágyók felejtsék el!Az első este ki kellett üríteni a wellness részleget, valaki (valószínű kisgyermek) belepiszkitott a vízbe. A személyzet hősíesen fertőtlenítette másnap reggelre a medencét ! A gőzkabint javították. A 4 éjszaka során amit ott töltöttünk egyetlen alkalommal sem takarították a szobát (csak a szemetest ürítették).

Kellemes szálloda apró negatívumokkal

Az ajánlat privát erkélyes szobát tartalmazott, de amikor odaértünk kiderült, hogy nincs erkélye a szobának. Viszont pozitívum, hogy első említésre elismerték a tévedést és mivel nem volt már kétágyas privát erkélyes szobájuk, kaptunk egy lakosztályt hatalmas terasszal. A szoba tisztasága teljesen megfelelő volt, a klíma termosztátról hiányzott az állító tárcsa, de ettől használható volt és kellemes hőmérsékletet biztosított a szobában. Érkezesig nem derült ki, hogy a wellness részleg felújítás alatt áll, ami fura hogy pont a szezon időszakban végzik.

這家雖然離Siofok市區有一小段距離，但是可以接受的範圍，飯店的設施和網路上的圖片差距不大，服務人員也超級nice的, 若來balaton siofok可以考慮這一家哦~

Dejligt hotel mangler dog at få renoveret poolen.

Super godt hotel og meget fint AC på værelset. Svømme pool var ikke ren og pool området bar præg af at det kunne have godt af at blive renoveret. Ryst og tapet hang ned fra væggene. Dog var der nyt Sauna område og bruse facilitet. Boble bad og sol terrasse var også fine. Parkering i kælder eller på hotel område. Altan var også dejlig at benytte.

No twinbed(very narrow),no bacon on the breakfast

The hotel has no option to get real twinbed, instead they combine two narrow single beds as one and call it as "twinbed". It was very uncomfortable with annoying gap between the beds. Hotel breakfast is quite poor. Even though it is included in the price, I would have expected more. No bacon and the scrambled egg was very weird. Also there is no proper coffee available at the breakfast and for coffee you have to pay for it at the cafeteria in the hotel lobby. The hotel has also spa but it was quite small and water was very cold. Warm water only in the small jaccuzzi. Im not sure if I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very good hotel, especially for the price.

Pretty OK. Hotel was renovating the spa area, which needed new paint and stuff. Rooms and walls had scuffmarks, but rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful and kind (we lost our keycard one night out, promtly got a new one at 02.00 in the middle of the night). Price was very good, and the food was OK. Jacuzzi and pool in the spa area, and an extremly well working AC in the room.

Nel complesso buono,ma lontano dalle 4 stelle

Premesso che il soggiorno è stato nel complesso buono, purtroppo si rimane un pò delusi se ci si attende un hotel a 4 stelle. Piccoli dettagli infatti fanno scender la valutazione: regolatore dell'aria condizionata in camera rotto,assenza del para-schizzi in doccia,colazione di qualità mediocre... Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è comunque ottimo
