The hotel was the nicest we’d been to in our weeks in India. Several areas stood out in our minds. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff, opening doors, organizing rides, making change. Rooms were lovely, great shower pressure and temp. Nice wall mount blow dryer, comfy bed, air conditioning. Amazing cafe, really fresh and yummy food. I enjoyed the fresh Greek salad, hummus and pita, wedge fries, brownie Sunday. Complimentary breakfast was really nice too. Sid, the owner is always there, looking after every detail. Definitely give this place a shot! About 20 min drive from Ghats, and Buddhist temple. Two Canadians (40s)

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food served in their restaurant is excellent. The bathroom in the deluxe room was a bit odd in terms of how the toilet was set relative to the shower but it was fine. The location relative to the temples and the main ghats of the river Ganges is ok but definitely not close enough to walk in few minutes. However, the price is definitely way too high for the location, type of rooms and the service. The quality of the duvet cover and bed covers was not good. It looked like it had seen several years worth of use. No channels were available on the TV. Even after mentioning it to the receptionist, only few random channels were provided. Also, we were surprised to find our room not cleaned when we arrived back later in the day. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, we were told because we hadn't asked them for it and that we took the key with us and that if some item got lost we would blame the staff (fair given that there are unscrupulous people who do this fraud). But seriously! Every hotel has a master key. Secondly, they should have mentioned about the request for cleaning when we were checking in.

The location was excellent, and the accommodation provided was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Vishal, was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He guided us throughout the city, sharing detailed information and insights while ensuring we visited all the major temples and important places in and around the holy city. His guidance greatly enhanced our overall experience.
