"Charming hotel, very old, but not same standard as
London or Edinburgh. Diner at the Restaurant is really good. We chose this hotel because it was near of the ferry for Isle of Skye… unfortunately the ferry was not in service (engine issue)… so 2 hour and a half road trip to get to Quiraing instead… so make sure ferry is in operation if you want to stay in this hotel to get to Isle of Skye"
"The Inn is in a very scenic location by the waterside. Room was spacious comfortable and quiet. The food is good and the lady who served us was friendly and attentive."
"All perfect, the chowder, was.the best ever eaten.
Staff fab, even when mad busy ran a case upstairs for us. They never stressed.
Some may have a little with the noise from downstairs stairs quite late but we were fine with it"
"Nice location, very friendly staff. However, the place is very old, carpet was so stained I didn’t dare to walk barefoot. Mattress was brick hard. We arrived at night and next day’s breakfast bread was already out. The price is absolutely outrageous for what you’re getting here."
"Very clean, spacious and well-equipped house, plus a beautiful view from every window! All questions we had were answered immediately. Great place to stay!"
"Great property. Note that it is about an hour from most key points on Skye….Portree, Talisker, quairang and not many dining options.
Pick up groceries at the coop in Broadford."
Charming 3-bedroom cottage in Aird of Sleat with ocean-view and WiFi.
10/10 Excellent
"Very charming little cottage with great views of the sea and nearby islands. The views are best from the yard rather than through the windows but that is not surprising given that it is an authentic stone dwelling well over 200 years old. The owner has done a nice job of updating the property without without losing the essential character of the place."
