Bad smell due to the poor air circulation as no windows. I wish I knew at the beginning that no windows.I’m very regretful of choosing this hotel as I have to hold to breathe at the entrance and hallway because of the bad smell. I wasted money in paying 2 rooms for the 8 of us.

5 star experience

Very quick trip from the airport, very quiet hotel, friendly staff, we were upgraded to a suite, two very big queen beds, comfortable linens, smart Tv, mini fridge, very spacious room, very large bath tum, glass door showers, this hotel is a must to check in with.

Although I notified expedia and the on-site team that the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Nothing was done. The air conditioner filter, the closed window and the presence of dust under the bed contributed to my dust mite allergy. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Not trustworthy. Their staff told us that we can refund the amount we paid for one of the rooms we booked for as long as Expedia will give them the cancellation voucher. We were repeatedly told that up to the time we checked out. We did not use the room and they did not give the extra room we paid for either. Later, they reneged on their word and now we could not refund the amount for a room that we did not use.

despite paying for a room with a window we were given a key for a room without. check in desk tried it on pretend confused even though showing in big letters on wotif check in receipt. room is tiny just enough to get around bed. bathroom shower in toilet area. alll this for only $220 Sing $. sure you can do better

The Lily is very close walking distance to the Geylang shopping area. Lots of food options. The front desk staff were the best thing about the hotel, friendly and always helpful. Rooms were disappointing, smelled of mould and you could see it in the crevices of the bathroom. The lock on bathroom door was broken. Can also smell cigarette smoke coming in through the vents from another room, very strongly. Housekeeping was really sloppy, never seen a bed made up so lazily like that before. They did the bare minimum in cleaning.

Didn't receive housekeeping service

The first thing I noticed was the shower was not cleaned - there were old water/soap stains on the shower enclosure and fixtures. We did not get new towels the next day (we left our towels on the floor indicating we need new ones), and we did not get ANY housekeeping service the 3rd day despite reminding them twice that morning. Syed did apologize, and we were given towels, etc., but to not have any/minimal housekeeping service for our 3 night stay was more than disappointing as that was part of the payment for staying at a hotel. The positive thing is the employees were friendly and polite

Friendly and nice staff. Many delicious restaurants around the hotel. Easy and fast to take bus go to anywhere. Bed sheet and pillows cover not clean properly. The shower room has some bad smell from the drain.

The room was weirdly small without any ventilation. The washroom doors were opaque and kinda visible to everyone outside so super weird setup for a family room. Room service was terrible. Was asked to come down repeatedly to get towels or bedsheets myself.
