Rubbish bin full of rubbish was leave in washroom when we first day checking. Air-cond wasnt cold during checking but will cold off after 10 minutes, back to normal cooling as per desirable set temperature. Only 1 coin payment washer and 1 coin payment dryer. i scheduled my washing time around 12am. 1st - 45 minutes for washer, 45 minutes for dryer is OK. fabric curtain was dusted and too near to designated removeable desk table when we are using it. Reception staff is friendly and nice, cleaner staff is helpful with water refillable and gift water bottle per person per day.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing about this place!
Usually a hotel room may have a couple of things wrong with it. But the rooms at this hotel are full of problems due to ongoing lack of mainenance.
We stayed in two adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor for just over two weeks.
The rooms are extremely dated and really depressive! Cracked door frames, stained carpets and mouldy washrooms were some of the highlights of the rooms. Everything in the rooms appeared to be worn out. Beds were firm and uncomfortable. Even the padding on the chairs had disappeared.
The internet service was a real joke. We kept on getting maximum concurrent connections error even when no one was connected to the internet! We had to use our phone data to access the net.
Another joke was the TV. Out of the 12 or so channels listed, only 2-3 worked. The rest came up with a poor signal error. TV service didn't work at all in one of the rooms.
Safe didn't lock in one of the rooms. Reception was notified of the above but no action was taken.
To give an honest review, I should also mention the good things about this hotel:
Location of this hotel is just perfect. It's close to everything. It's at a short walk to the MRT, restaurants and to some of the central attractions in Singapore.
Air conditioner worked in our rooms and that was a blessing.

Overall environment is good and staff is helpful especially my room TV can't power on, staff purposely bring a new battery for exchange with flat battery of remote control, at the end just found is TV switch off mode.Night time security is good as well, need tap card then just can enter hotel.
Overall okay but the aircon need sometimes to cold up. When get back to room feel hot, after 10-15 mins will be okay.

Convenient but not exactly clean
The location of the hotel is good as it's within walking distance to nearby place of interests. However, the cleanliness of the hotel room has room for improvement - there were strands of hair near the bedsheet and the table had food crumbs from previous person who stayed earlier.
Looks totally different from the pictures thus was very dissapointed. Walls are dirty from previous stays by others. In total the whole hotel has a lapsup feel
