Guests arriving on an inbound flight or in transit must clear baggage claim and pass through immigration control before proceeding to the lounge. To reach the property from Terminal 1 or 2, guests should board the sky train located in the public area of the departure hall to Terminal 3. Or, guests can walk from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 via the mezzanine-level bridge above the MRT station.

I never checked in the hotel because I traveled from Malaysia and was not allowed to enter the Cory, but either Orbitz (Expedia) or the hotel was willing to help me with the cancellation. The hotel stated that I booked through the agent and should contact the agent to contact them, then when I contact the agent, the agent stated that it’s up to the hotel to issue a refund or not, they don’t talk to each other, they just keep telling me (customer) to talk to the other party. As ridiculous as this sounds, do NOT book with Orbitz going forward, because while they are charging you a booking fee, they are NOT your agent, therefore not going to act on your behalf...

Located in Terminal 3 which makes it super convenient for early morning flights. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Got some good rest. Bed comfy enough even if only a twin size. They had white noise machines in the hallways which helped to keep it quiet. If you are a light sleeper and get a bad neighbour could be dodgy, as I could hear my neighbour clearly as she coughed (not an issue as I was already awake). Doubt it would be an issue as these aren’t really rooms for partying so much as sleeping. But there are TVs. The staff were friendly and made me at ease and were super helpful. There were morning snacks: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea. Lounge was quiet and comfy. Overall quite clean. It’s not easy to find and you do have to go through customs, show your passport. Wasn’t a big deal as there was no line and security was at individual gates anyway. Overall, not bad value for a decent rest! Cheaper than a hotel and you don’t have to go outside.

Ideal stopover accommodation if transiting through Singapore Airport. Felt nicely rejuvenated after a shower & a few hours sleep for my onward flight.
