The place is what you expect from a vacation resort. Did not disappoint. Location great, different walk paths for evening strolls, taxi is cheap to get you too tourist stuff or shopping. There’s a cable car network right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet has so much food, you’d think you were in Las Vegas buffet inside a casino.

Great sea front property. Large pool w adult only area was great. Chairs, umbrelllas and towels provided. Great pool bar w chair service. Excellent buffet breakfast and room service. Bubble bar was our go to spot for a drink. Always friendly service. Shangri-la is a great brand!

Old run down property. No nice restaurants or bars rooms very old not worth the money and much nicer places in Sentosa to stay

Beach Haven
Every year I come to Singapore I always question moving out from the city to the island for a few days ……. But once there I am reminded why I and my best friend (who meet from opposite sides of the globe) love to come to Sentosa . The staff were great but a particular shout out to Maha who was incredibly helpful when our check in was delayed and checked in with us repeatedly during our stay . Shangri La is in a beautiful secluded spot and the pool and beach are unsurpassed in Singapore . Thank you Shangri La .

The resort itself is beautiful....they have a fun team which run activities during the day so plenty to do, but the hotel only accepts cards as payments, there should be an option for both cash and cards.....cleaning of the rooms doesnt start till after 10am so if you want your room cleaned earlier be sure to book......

The facilities are awesome and they are superbly kid friendly. The truly good above and beyond with their kid friendly approach. Notwithstanding that, the staff really took care of us. We have a special needs kid and the staff rallied around us to make our stay amazing. We will definitely return. A special call out to the following staff that went the extra mile. Well set-up property for a few days of relaxation. Note there aren't many quality dining options outside of the resort and it can cost a bit in taxis to get off Sentosa, but the restaurants around the resort were good quality and the resort is well set up for kids which was our main reason for staying there and breaking up the trip between Australia and Europe.

Overall great family hotel even though its old. Good breakfast spread, check out at 12pm, room service requests attended promptly and more. Music from the nearby clubs/bars play until 12am and can be a bit loud if you are a light sleeper.

Family friendly resort with many kid friendly amenities and activities. The breakfast buffet is top notch full with all type of foods you can imagine. The pool is perfect for all ages, and the private beach lagoon is to die for. The location of the resort is unique and make you wanna stay there for more and more.

Great and helpful staff with a lovely pool. Room we stayed in was a bit dated but the balcony overlooking the harbour was lovely, but need to keep the door closers when not out there due to monkeys and bugs. Only minus is the beach. It was just not inviting for swimming, but the pool made up for it.
