This was a great property for a week's stay in Singapore. Easily walkable to all attractions (or getting transport) with handy access to a 24-hour supermarket. Buffet breakfast offered great options. Our only negative was that the couch in the living area could have been a little larger. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a nice alternative to a hotel room. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in good location for sightseeing

Excellent hotel in very good location. Room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine / dryer a bonus. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent selection of foods for breakfast. Would definitely stay again ( stayed for one week ). Metro stop only a few minutes away, and big supermarket attached to the hotel made any food shopping easy.

Fabulous location. Wonderfully peaceful and clean. Well maintained facilities and rooms. Fantastic swimming pool - much needed in Singapore! Just wished it was open until later in evening. 7pm seems a little early and unlikely noise would disturb anyone even until 9 or 10pm as many seem to eat out later and rooms well insulated from noise.

ThI’m s was a great place to base yourself if in Singapore for several nights . Close to Somerset MRT and Orchard Road Mall . Breakfast buffet included not flash but certainly adequate. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need .

Hotel staff are very friendly. Apartment rooms are really good and having a washing machine in the room was great. Close to the hotel is a 24 hour store which keeps all your essentials. Orchard Road is really close by, as is Somerset MRT which is accessible through Orchard Gateway Mall

This property has everything you needs and helpful staff..good breakfast included which was a bonus...there is a supermarket just around the corner for any bits you might need. We had a twin room which was plenty big enough for us also has a small kitchen. Would definitely return there if ever back in Singapore

The hotel was located in a residential area off Orchard Road so it was relatively quiet, yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk away from Orchard Road and MRT Station. The 24-Hours Supermarket directly below the hotel was a real plus, and the included breakfast buffet was quite adequate to start a day! The in-suite washer/dryer was a life-saver as we perspired a lot in Singapore hot and humid weather!

Great location and wonderful staff

We love returning to this place where staff are so friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment has everything we need ( Although I would love to have a couple of mugs for hot drinks not just the small tea cups and an extra small sharp knife would be helpful for fruit etc.) It is well serviced every weekday and free water, tea provided. Great breakfast included, nice pool and excellent location. Highly recommend.

The apartment is spacious, clean with very comfy beds. We could have done with some more cups and cutlery though. Breakfast was different every day and catered for many different cultures. However, what made this apartment outstanding were the people. From the beautiful cleaning lady with a big smile on her face to the security guards, all were so friendly and happy!! The vibe of the place created by staff was unbelievable great!

We liked how there was really easy access to supermarket downstairs! However, the kitchen in our 2 bedroom apartment had only two bowls, no kitchen bin for when we cooked (a lot) and limited utensils for cooking. Also there was no hot water in the kitchen sink - was very very mildly lukewarm, which made it hard to wash dirty stubborn dish stains. location was good and not too far from somerset station.

Pros: - kind staff - clean building - good location - decent gym and pool - no coffee machine Cons - sub par breakfast - no windows in sitting room - no cleaning on weekends - shower only does mega hot, no temp control - BIGGEST ISSUE: the hotel has chosen super heavy chairs the bottoms of which (as with the tables) make an horrifically loud sound and vibration on the floor. If you have very strange neighbor above you who for some unknown reason moves his furniture around constantly until 12/1am and kicks off again at 6am, you will not sleep well.
