Amazing location, just few minutes walk to all attractions in Sentosa ! Very goood Customer Service.they let us check in early. Had cake arranged in our room for our anniversary. The property is being renovated so coudnt enjoy it at all as pool and restaurants were shut
Stayed one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We stayed at the heritage suite, construction was just outside my room window but only bothered us when my kid wanted to take a nap. Amenities like toothbrush were not in the room and had to be called, however they responded quickly. The floor and bath tub was abit dirty, but bed was very comfortable. Overall my family enjored the stay.
Overall pretty good, but some of the in room facilities doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel /chain. Leaky taps, peeling wall paper. Not a big difference to the stay.
Great location on Santosa for access to Resort World attractions, but disappointing on the facilities, entrance, pool area, drinks by the pool, room (we didn’t get the one on the photos), views etc. - Considering the hefty price tag. Staff service was also pretty average. Will never stay here again.

Tje property is under construction. It is too noisy.
Stayed at room 225 (room w Onsen) it is the very near end to the utility room not ideal. Lights at Onsen area not bright at all during the night hence not able to use the onsen at night. 2 lamps on the wall at Onsèn area is faulty. Phone is not next to the bed and aircon is also away from the bed area and is without remote.

An enjoyable stay.
We enjoyed our stay here as the room was very comfortable, the included breakfast was excellent and its' position right next to the monorail station made it easy to get around. A lot of rooms were being renovated, however, so there was a very strong smell of paint which was unpleasant. The pool area had a lot to be desired as there was limited lounges to relax on.
Limited supply of soap and no other amenities . One 30 ml tube of soap for the three of us!! , there were a hair dryer, nothing else( no shower cap, cotton buds , or sanitary bags) !!

One night stay
Went for a one night stay for my wife's birthday. I see why most reviews says it needs some updating. I feel there is a lack of staff around.
Had to call front desk for help a few times: 1) not enough towels even though booked for 4. 2) tv remore didnt work 3) ordered a cake for my wife and thought it would be there waiting on arrival. But had to order it again.
Overall disappointed for the amount paid, didnt really get a 5 star feeling to it. But the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Not satisfied with the breakfast choices.
Too many stairs to overcome before getting to room. Troublesome with stroller.
Swimming pool not very kids friendly.
Room can hear party noises from the ballroom.
Great location for access to family-friendly activities on Sentosa. We went for a one-night family staycation and appreciated how much we could walk and/or take the monorail to from the hotel.

Nice hotel, good service. Little disappointed the pool is just a pool - no food/drink service, no umbrellas, very hot under foot around the pool.
Overall room was quite spacious and comfort, but the breakfast made me feel disappointed, limited choice and quality of food and drinks not acceptable in such a large hotel restaurant , (laksa too oily ,fried mee was dried ,etc)

Place is great but 2 adults and 2 children are too many for a double room. sofa bed was not very confortable and room was too small when sofa bed was open.
Don't be fooled by the beautiful hotel building appearance because accommodation and service inside is another story. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and are disappointed. Reasons include:
- Unprofessional staff #1:
With "Do not disturb" light turned on during the afternoon, a staff simply knocked on our door as usual, just to put some hangers to our closet (it's the afternoon so the staff probably assumed no one is in the room?!) . What's the DND light for then?

We can't believe the housekeeping staff put our folded clothes on the foldable LUGGAGE RACK in the room - which is supposed to be very dirty. It must have been done by an untrained staff because on other days during the stay our folded clothes are placed on the bed, which is the normal practice.
- Bad noise insulation between rooms.
- housekeeping/Customer service hotline isn't picked up unless you make multiple call attempts. And this happened on various days. This hotel seems to be the first hotel which is like this in our travels in the past decade. And this one is Le Meridien - how would we expect this level of service?
- Unattentive housekeeping staff : They do not refill the box face tissue paper. They do not replace the broken hanger which is so obviously lying there near the closet.
We truly find it unbelievable this is a level of service offered by a Le Meridien hotel.

It's a pleasant place and overall experience was great. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine for my family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids before 10)
