Place is desperate for an upgrade
But bed was comfortable and sheets felt fresh and clean. Shower pressure was great
It was great location close to subway station on brown line
The place is too old, lobby photo is the tricky part. Furniture in the room peeling, wallpaper on furniture shifted off. Lots of ants in the room, can’t leave food outside. The fridge not working well. Dust on the wall shows sign of never clean for ages. Curtain and carpet stains, quite disgusting the place. Internet very poor. I have no choice to move out. Have to stay til the end of booking. I chose this place because the photo looks like bright room and clean, plus the location is good. Overall, only location is good for me to go to work.

It's near Tiong Bahru Market.
I enjoyed breakfast every day.
But I'm afraid that safty box doesn't work.
So accessible in regards to transport, food / restaurants. Manager been so accommodating and have granted our request to have our rooms in the same floor (for I have booked 4 rooms all together) but to my surprise we have our rooms next to each other.

Expect basic but area is fantastic
The location is fantastic for dining and transportation. The staff is friendly and the daily housekeeping is good. However, the room is old, and the amenities are basic. Sometimes the towels are ripped. We got it at a unbeatable price and the towels get changed daily.
Very small dated hotel. Staff not very helpful, had to wait until 3pm after a 13 hour flight to check in. Room was very dirty, dusty and smelled like damp.
Needed a good clean, I stayed there 3 nights, it was near nice food places very reasonable and near most attractions.
In front of the property is Exit 1 of Havelock train station which is very convenient to travel around. The property condition and room is okay but overall of what I paid for and what I received. I am satisfied and will revisit.

No windows for my room. Bed is very older and bad shape. TV is not working. Nobody pick up the phone. Never go to this place.
This hotel should not be allowed by any agency to work. It should be closed, sanitised and refurbished. We had bugs in bed and around the room, mold on the ceiling, water dripping in a corner, stains on the walls, the carpet supposed to be beige, but it was dark brown and sticky. Disgusting and dangerous.
