Overall a great experience staying at LK. Very convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I did not like was the sofa bed, I could feel the springs, not comfortable sleeping on it! It might just be too old.

Residence is fine. We stayed 4 days in this residence and on the first day they took 200 Singapore dollars as a deposit and they would refund us. Still, I didn't get any refund or message from them, awaiting their response as soon as possible. I

Property was cleaned reasonably and location was ok however rooms were quite small, specially the toilets. We couldn’t sleep 3 nights because next door neighbours kids were crying and coughing whole night (Strange). Overall not a bad place to stay last minute.

In a average I would say its a ok place; beside unfriendly reception staff; who on simple request out of many, for water bottle will advice you to go to nearby shell station to buy, but for cleaning staffs they do good job.

My first time to Singapore. This facility worked good for my family. 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. The main living area is very small and the kitchen is just a kitchenette. We had a crawling baby and the place was not good for that but overall it was good. Comfortable and adequate.

Good value serviced apartments for families at a convenient location. We stayed with nearly 1 & 3 year olds & was perfect for us. It has a pool, it’s easy to get taxis to different sites, has a common laundry room, apartments are in great condition. Gym is tiny (didn’t matter to us) and as other reviews mention, walls are thin but didn’t bother us. With young kids we use white noise machines & slept well & only heard next room occasionally during the day. Wish it had a small breakfast table for dining but we used the sofa & coffee table.

We’ve been on our Asia trip for 1.5 months now and I must say this bed and pillows have been the most uncomfortable we’ve had. Walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors kids everyday laughing and screaming at their mom every night between 10-1:30 am!!!!! We truly got no rest this past 5 nights and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! Extremely small pool with an ok view and hotel restaurant is very small and limited!!

We had a serviced apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids. the kitchen was very well equipped, die furniture of the rooms were also very good, the pool on the roof top is quite nice. They also offer at the lobby free coffee and small pastries/cookies. The shower in the bathroom is very small, the bed is also quite short (1,80m only?).

Staffs were friendly and nice. The overall facilities were 3 stars hotel condition and I loved the location. Two things that bothered me though, 1) they only make up the room once every 3-4 days. And they didn't "clean" well. 2) zero sound proof. You can practically hear everything that the next door people are saying and doing.

Great Stay
Great place to stay! The pool refreshed us after a hot day in Singapore. Easy to catch a bus or the MRT. Nice gem cookies in the lobby each day. Front desk got us a taxi for the trip to the airport.

Please do not consider this property. We endure 16 days of absolute disgust. They moved us from one room to abother when we complained whuch was even worse than the first. Do not waste your money on this property. It started with the first apartment, where we had holes and tears in the pull out bed, with a less than great smell. Sewerage snell from the floor drains overwhelm the room. Leaking roofs, mold in the showers. When we ask the security at midnight to ask our neighbors to calm down so we can get some sleep we were told its our problem to go address since we have a problem with the noise. Walls are disgustingly dirty. Had no AC for almost a day and their cable was down for half the time. The swimming pool on the 11th floor has such a short railing that any child will fall over it with ease. The pictures on the advertisements are far from what you get. Staff always has a smile, but they do nothing for customer. Tgis place is not worth the money it charges.

Great stay at great price
Hotel was last minute planned but a fun getaway. The room was more spacious than a normal hotel with a separation between the sleeping room and living room. Love the kitchen as we could cook food that we bought from nearby market. The second floor room are very comfortable. When we asked staff for more towels, they provided new ones the next day. Service was good.

Impressive!
Check in was easy and fast. The staff answered my questions by phone before arrival and allowed an early check in. Room is a good size, with 2 bathrooms. Smart TV in living room with DVD, and another Smart TV in the bedroom. Both accept hard drive. Really fast wifi. Lots of power points. A/c is very good and cools down fast. Bus stop right outside the back gate and MRT is 5 mins walk. On the down side, being a serviced apartment house keeping only come once per week so fresh towels are in short supply.

Location is great Room is great On the 4th night the air condition at the 5th floor is not working. Hence we called in the next day the reception says they are aware of the situation and is fixing it and SHOULD be able to fix. If not able to fix will change us to another room. On the 5th night, my partner stayed up till 1am with the facilities to have them fix the air conditioned and the unwillingly gave up their own fan to us till is fixed. The reception lady ( did not catch her name) , malay short hair lady give us the vide that she is not willing to reply to any of our queries. When my partner went down to collect a parcel she tell her the items on the table is ours. Without any emotion and also feelings. Housekeeping sometimes forget one or two things during house keeping. The only bonus is the allow us to have late checked out till 2pm

The apartment was generally clean and working. Sofa was too old and should be replaced as the seats tend to sink in. Housekeeping can be improved. Over a couple of occasions, hand towels were left out and facial kleenex was not replaced. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Several good eateries within walking distance.

Family Stay
Family of four stayed here for 9 nights. We stayed int he two bedrooms suites. Plus - big rooms; big, comfortable beds; very clean; thick towels; air conditioning that works in Singapore; nice roof pool; quick, professional check in and out; no issues getting a Grab cab; close to Tiong Bahru MRT and Tiong Bahru neighbourhood; kitcheneete had everything needed to cook in room; 3 TVs so no need to fight; love the electric blinds. Minuses - paper thin walls, can hear everything next door; food smells from neighbouring rooms; away from touristy spots but easy to get to by car; expensive breakfast with little choice; did not replace towels that were hung up - should have told us they only replace towels that are left off hooks in bathroom; very small bathrooms, no tub just shower - should have used the extra space by the closets to make more space in bath area, or better yet combine the closet and bathroom into one big room; should install soap and shampoo dispensers in shower instead of providing little bottles - not good for environment nor big families. Overall - the size of the room was very generous and very comfortable. Would recommend this for large families as good value for money.

The bedrooms had great space, but the bathrooms were itty bitty. The showers didn’t always have hot water. Plenty of room for my family of four. The 2 bedroom suite didn’t need 3 bathrooms though. Could have made roomier bathrooms and showers that a grown adult could stand in.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family and it was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment room. Everything was good except one of the bathrooms smelt really horrible before we had even used it and even though we told the front desk, they didnt fix it.
