家族連れにも安心なホテルです

３ベッドルームのホテルを探していて、こちらのホテルにヒットしました。 空港からMRTで７駅のアルジュニード駅が最寄駅で、大通りを歩いて１０分かからないです。（歩道が狭いので大きな荷物があるともう少しかかります） ただ一本中の道に入ると、風俗っぽいお店がたくさんあって、気になさる方にはお薦めできませんが、ホテルは大通り沿いにあるので、わざわざ通らなければ気にはなりません。 夜９時を過ぎて、５０のおばちゃんが一人、一本中の道の雑貨屋さんに買い物に行きましたが、かえって明るくて、怖くなかったです。（個人的感想です） 建物は外見新しいですが、部屋は古く感じました。 空っぽの冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポット・ドライヤー・大きなクローゼットが便利でした。 アメニティは最小限の物しかありません。（歯ブラシ・クシ・オールインワンの液体せっけん） タオルはバスタオルのみでした。 フロントの方は皆とても親切で、まったく英語ができない私でも、安心感がありました。

SPORCHISSIMO!

Struttura sporca, in camera eravamo pieni di animali: nel letto, nella vasca, ovunque, la moquette puzzava e di conseguenza anche la stanza, il frigo perdeva acqua, dalla vasca usciva puzza di fogna!! La posizione vicino la metro è comoda, ma la zona è sporchissima, puzza e pure malfamata!

フロントにメイクアップの指示を告げるとすぐに清掃してもらえました。ただ施設の設備が古いので洗面・風呂・トイレが古くて清潔感が無いとことがマイナス。安いので一人旅の男性にはどうにか我慢できそうですが、カップルや家族ではがっかりされると思います。ＭＲＴアルジュニード駅から南に徒歩10分程ですが、途中に夜のお店が営業しています。これもなれていないとシティとはかけ離れている雰囲気ですので女性では少し怖いと思います。

Нормальный бюджетный вариант для не привередливых

Хорошее расположение за 7 - 10 минут можно дойти до двух станций метро, хорошо добираться до аэропорта. Приветливый, доброжелательный персонал. Ежедневная уборка, в номере чайник,холодильник, ТV и кондиционер, ежедневно вода, кофе чай, "туалетные" принадлежности все кроме мыла. Мебель старенькая. Нормальный бюджетный вариант для не привередливых клиентов.

Good hotel near mrt

The room is clean and comfortable. It's 10 minutes walking from Aljunied Station and not far from Changi airport. Staffs have service mind, when I told them that hair dryer is not working, they promptly fix it.

女性の一人旅にオススメできます

チャイナタウンのドミトリーとほとんど値が変わらなかったので、このホテルを選びました。夜は年配の男性がフロントにいらっしゃって、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。設備はかなりくたびれた感あり、部屋にバスタブありますが汚かったです。部屋は広くて快適です。エアコンも問題なく動きました。隣室のドアの開閉音は響きますが、話し声はなかったです。チェックアウトの時は年配の女性がフロントにいらして、とても愛想のいい方でした。また宿泊したいと思います。

location is nice but the quality is terrrible

Good location, Near a vibrant district. Can get stuff even at 2am. Many good and cheap food around. Near bus station to Bayfront and Marina. There were hairs and moulds in the bathroom. They were still there, even that we asked for housekeeping next day. Unknown markings in the bathtub. The bathroom is humid all the time and u could hear the drain all night. The room are old like in the mid 50s. Only one plug free for your gadgets. So few lights in the room, so its hard to find things at night. However, the staff there were super friendly and helpful. a full five stars

Nice Hotel located conveniently close to station

They have 24/7 check in/out so arriving early/late was no problem. On top of that they also have a luggage room which we put our luggage and went to explore before checking in around 2pm. Bottle water was provided on a daily basis (provided they serviced the room, but otherwise you could tell them if your room wasn't serviced), but that seems to be a standard for Singapore Hotels. It is surprisingly more spacious than the other hotels that my friends stayed at during the same period. The only minor downside is probably the towels which might need to be replaced (Some were fraying or had holes), but otherwise overall a pleasant stay!
