The hotel offers a pleasant stay with friendly staff. Its proximity to the MTR station is highly convenient. Guests will enjoy the abundant choices of local restaurants and the convenience of a Sheng Siong supermarket nearby. The only significant design suggestion is to redesign the bathroom door; a sliding door would be far more efficient than the current swing door, which wastes valuable space in the room.

Not much nearby but good transport connections. Be aware that the hotel is in the red light district and there are multiple brothels along the street!

The hotel was okay, clean and seemed safe. People were silent. Its near the mrt. Even though we have been safe all journey, it’s true that the area and just infront had clubs of prostitution and , even though they are quite, it might not be ideal.

Clean and comfortable room WiFi air con and hot shower made the stay very comfortable. Water bottle and fridge in room was a boom. Staff very helpful

The area around the property at night seemed to be a red zone. Public transport in a close walking distance. You could feel the noise from other rooms and the corridor. The smell from people smoking in other rooms travelled to our room by the ducts. Windows couldn't be open. Room quiet small.

タオル、ヘアとボディ兼用ソープ、ドライヤーがあります。普段使ってるシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、ボディタオルはマストで持って行くと良いです。ローカルな街なので近隣にコンビニはありませんが、24時間営業の商店があるので、飲料、お菓子程度ならことたります。ホテルにレストランはありません、近隣の商店街には地元食堂が何軒かあり、朝まで営業してます。

Camere estremamente piccole… bagno minuscolo (la doccia é grande) nella stanza non é presente un armadio o un posto per poter aprire le valigie. La pulizia é estremamente approssimativa. Solo un telo da bagno per la doccia nessuno per il viso. Il quartiere é malfamato. Luci rosse. Pullula di bangladini molesti. Evitare di uscire la notte se siete ragazze di bell aspetto. Il wifi era buono. Anche la pressione dell acqua nella doccia e acqua calda. Queste le uniche cose positive

スタッフの対応が非常に良い。あらゆる時間帯で食べる所に不自由しない。 Old Airportに友人が住んでいるので、訪問するのにとても便利な立地。シンガポールに来るときはいつもゲイランです。近くにibisがあったが、ベンクーレン以外のibisはダメ。 81にハズレなし。

No hand soap or hand towel. They told me to use the body soap in the shower. I got a towel with a huge ripped hole. The room was clean but no maid service every day. Very small room. No where to put your luggage. It would be nice if they had a folding luggage rack/stand.

個人的にはお安く宿泊出来て、空港までの距離や駅、バス停が複数使えるのでアクセスが良くてとでも良かったですし、設備も満足です。特にシャワーが熱いお湯がすぐ出ることと、水圧もあり大満足でした！ただ、ドアの下が空いているので廊下や部屋の音が全て聞こえるので、音に敏感で寝れない方にはとても苦痛そうな感じがします。(私は一切気にならないタイプ) 治安は、朝と夕方は立ちんぼ？露出の凄い女性が男性に声を掛けて身売りしているエリアでしたので良いとは言えませんが、屋台等もあり異文化を感じられます！

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル

今回は家内と宿泊しました。スタッフの対応も良くチェックインとチェックアウトもスムーズ済みました。5泊しましたが、中日にエアコンの故障や部屋の清掃が行われていない日も有りましたが、全体的には良好でした。空港からも近く、何処へ行くのにも、便利な場所なので、次回又機会が有れば、利用したいと思います。

Positive: clean bathroom though tiny. Negative: very sketchy neighborhood. At least on 2 occasions suspected "guest" appeared to be in the company of working girl. Imagine my shock. Decades ago this was red district of Singapore. Apparently it was cleaned up. Highly doubt it though. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere especially if women traveling alone. ZERO safety lock on door which itself is safety concern. Lastly, AC broke down at around 10 pm. ZERO notice to guests. When I asked for refund, the guy was rude and hung up. He even chided me saying I can't talk to him that way. Wth?! Obviously lack of customer service and clueless how hotels are run. There was water on the floor throughout bc of AC breakdown. S$100 for this? Do not recommend at all.
