Bad hostel, terrible check in experience

This hostel is not to recommend. Promised 24h check in, however when we arrived no one was at the counter. There was a phone number displayed we could call but no one answered either. After asking some other hostel guests and waiting around we found out you can get the key yourself from a locker behind the counter. There is absolutely no security on this though so basically anyone could take our key, nor was it mentioned that we could find it there in any email or message we received. The room had a bed like a concrete floor. Furthermore there were cigarette butts on the window and the room was smelly. The only plus was that it had a AC.

Basic Hostel - in interesting location

It is a very basic hostel. The cleaner is there all day and takes great care in cleaning the communal areas. There is hot tea/coffee all day. You can also book just a half day extra, which was great for us, as we were departing late from the airport. However, the walls were thin and not complete, hence we were woken up plenty of times by our neighbors during the night and early morning. :-( The location was interesting, with lots of different temples nearby, as well as the MRT and a shopping centre.

Worst Hostel I stayed in don't bother to go there

I had to upgrade my accommation to another room because I and my son had to sleep in 2 upper twin bunk. The lady in charge of reception told me I should have informed her ahead of time. Breakfast was offered but they didn't even bother to provide more bread to make toast and other stuff when it ran out. There was no one in the front desk if you have to check out before 8:30 A.M. We had to make arrangement ahead of time so we could get back our deposit for our key. It was very noisy inside the room and I and my son didn't get enough rest. They charge for the use of towels and other stuff you didn't bring on your trip. I won't come back to this hostel again even though I loved the city of Singapore.

ห้องสกปรกมาก มีเห็บหมาด้วยล ตกใจมากกกก ห้องน้ำก็สกปรก....มีคืนนึงพนักงานมาเคาะห้องเราตอน สี่ทุ่มครึ่ง พอเราไม่ตอบ ก็เอากุนแจเปิดเข้ามา บอกว่ามาเช็คจำนวนคนในห้อง แย่มากค่ะ ห้องก็ไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงเดินได้ยินทุกชั้น ไม่แนะนำให้มาค่ะ สะดวกอยู่เรื่องเดียวคือไม่ไกล MRT

10 mints walk from the mrt station. Stayed in a mixed dorm, room was decent, mattress is slightly on the thin side but overall decent stay. Only complaint is that i hope they fix their floor as the wood are loose so everytime someone walk pass the hall way, i could feel the vibration from my bed.
