Upon checked, I found out that there was no hot water in the sink and shower. Before I went out, I told the concierge to fix it or move me to another room. When I came back, I asked whether it has been fixed? He said yes. Then I went to the room and found out that there was no hot water.
I called the front desk many times and no one pick up the phone. I had to come down and told them the issue again. I asked maintenance to come to my room this time. Maintenance came and showed me "how to turn on the water valve".
I said the problem is not that I do not know how the valve works, but there was no hot water. Something broken in the inside.
Long story short, they moved me to a higher floor room and facing the main street. A better view. Yet, still the same old, musty, smelly carpet and dated fixtures.
This hotel is poor and the front desk are lazy.
To pay $160/ night for crappy service and dirty room?
This hotel spent zero customer service and zero maintenance on their facilities.
