Location was excellent. The property is very old and dirty. It is very old so you really cannot blame the Cleaning staff. The property needs to be repainted and all rooms to be refurnished and refurbished. Beds toilet and all furniture to be replaced. The staff including the Cleaning staff are working hard but they can't perform miracles.

This place is good enough for someone who comes for short stays (probably a day or two) and by themselves. Rooms are extremely small. The TV in my room didn't work. I had to ask for staff to fix the airconditioning remote (which they promptly did). Having said this, the location is great. Mustafa centre of right opposite and great food options all around, some even open 24 hours a day

Air conditioner wasn’t working though the counter staff said it was. Had to sleep in a warm room. Bathroom floor when wet was very slippery.. Wrong choice of flooring. No hot water in bathroom. Wall paint was peeling. Stayed there due to convinent location: near 24/7 Mustafa center and farrer park train station plus buses nearby plus not far from 24/7 laundry mat . Very helpful housekeeping staff & some counter personnel.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the price. My caveat was budget so I went for it. The location was great, just opposite to Mustafa mall and heaps of restaurants around. But hotel was terrible, the room was just enough to sleep for 2 and was in a terrible condition. Bathroom was untidy too. If you are on a budget and looking at a place to crash in the night then go for it.
