Welcome to our newly renovated & designed eco-holiday finca, a harmonious blend of authentic charm and modern luxury, nestled in the heart of Mallorca.

Built in 2017 on a spacious 14,200 sqm plot, it offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the picturesque landscape, including the UNESCO world-heritage Tramuntana Mountains. Just a short drive from Sineu, the historic old capital of Mallorca, and 30 minutes from Palma and the island's most spectacular beaches, our finca is the perfect base for exploring the island's wonders. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large variety of plants and a large pool area that invites you to relax, dream and unwind.



Eco-Conscious Elegance

The original part of the finca, a former sheppard's house which dates back over 100 years and has become a modern kitchen with rustic elements. The finca has virtually no environmental footprint and is eco-friendly, as it’s powered by photovoltaic solar panels and thermal solar panels for hot water. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds with luxurious amenities, including Smart TV, high-speed 'Starlink' internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, and a solar heated pool.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great time. We visit Mallorca regularly and the finca was very well maintained and set in beautiful nature. Small requests were taken care if immediately. Great time!

Traumhafte Finca in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wir haben einen Teil unserer Elternzeit in dieser tollen Finca verbracht, und hatten sehr erholsame Tage in absolute Ruhe inmitten der Natur. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits vom Massentourismus und Trubel der Insel. Das kleine, beschauliche Dörfchen Sineu ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier findet man neben Supermarkt auch einige kleine nette Restaurants Die Lage der Finca bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge . Insbesondere die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, ob ein Drink am Nachmittag oder eine kleine Grillsession am Abend. Die Finca bietet zudem alle Annehmlichkeiten, welche man für einen Urlaub benötigt: die Ausstattung der Küche, das Mobiliar, die Dekoration, die Inneneinrichtung, die indirekte Beleuchtung im Garten: alles ist sehr stil- und geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kurzum: wenn man einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen sucht, ist die Finca eine absolute Empfehlung. Cons: Es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Einteilung der Räume im Haus und die Gestaltung des großen Grundstücks außerhalb des Hauses bieten genügend Möglichkeiten zur freien Bewegung, als auch wieder zum gemeinsamen Zusammenkommen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber und seinen KollegInnen vor Ort war stets angenehm, unkompliziert und auch sehr fürsorglich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben uns stets wohl gefühlt.

Liebevoll ausgestattet & einfach wunderschön

Pros: Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft. Trotz der Ruhe ist man schnell in dem wunderschönen Ort Sineu, wo man gute Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. findet. Auch der Strand der Playa de Muro ist in nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Pool und schöne Abende auf der Terrasse.
