This beautiful estate in a tranquil location on a beautifully maintained natural plot with swimming pool, numerous trees and plants enchants its visitors with its wonderful views and offers plenty of privacy. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the pool and then relax in the shade on the covered terrace. Comfortable sun loungers are already prepared for you.

The villa offers 130 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms (2 x with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, sufficient space for 6 people.

The interior of the house is bright and welcoming, modern and furnished and decorated with care. Everyone will find their place here. Whether on the comfortable sofa in the living room, in one of the charming bedrooms or outside, on the terrace equipped with cosy garden furniture.



IMPORTANT:
