"Very nice hotel with a big bang for your buck!"

"Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. "

"I booked here because it’s under the BW brand, so I had a minimum expectation. Clearly I was wrong on that. First off, it’s a motel, not a hotel. That wasn’t a huge deal, but it was annoying that there was no elevator. There’s also no ice machine - a real bummer for roadtripping. The room was clean enough. The TV streaming barely worked with Peacock. Basically, once we connected, there was no pausing our show or backing out. The breakfast was disappointing. It was barely edible. My husband and I ended up throwing it away and getting breakfast elsewhere. This stop is making me rethink BW branded places. "

"Check in went smoothly and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible. Breakfast was excellent and the eating area was spacious and comfortable. "

"Our bathroom was exceptionally clean …thank you housekeeping! The bed was comfortable as well as Pillows/sheets/blankets… there are plenty of lights and outlets. Our first room, the tv didn’t work properly & the staff immediately moved us down the hall. Love the coffee machine & the husband enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff friendly & professional, thank you. This location exceeded our expectations & highly recommend staying here"

"The staff was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and responsive - they were a pleasure. Water pressure was not existent. The sink in our room barely trickled out - making it useless. The shower was a heavy mist. The shower drain did not work - it took 1/2 a day to drain. But the bed was good and staff friendly."

"Perfectly located to walk to the river, downtown and peace center. Gorgeous asthetic, and pristine rooms, we loved the restaurant also! Staff we courteous and helpful in everyway. 10/10"
