"Veldig flott hotell, med en strålende beliggenhet. Det pågikk noe arbeid i nabolaget, så det var en del anleggstrafikk forbi sitteplassene ute. Flere alternative sitteplasser på andre restauranter ved verftsområdet. Ingen sjenanse/støy på hotellrom, Flott utsikt fra 8. etasje. Frokosten var veldig bra. "Wonderful hotel for a stay in Tromsø. Very clean, helpful staff, and in a prime location. Views from our room were spectacular - we spent an afternoon gazing out and reading our books. Plenty of breakfast options that set us up for the day. Super easy access to/from the airport as the Airport Express bus stops directly outside. Cannot fault this hotel, we'll definitely be back one day!"

"Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!"
"This is an amazing house. Awesome view, clean, and spacious. The host comes at check in to go over everything. We had a nice relaxing time at this house. The cherry on top was viewing the northern lights last night."
"Hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly. Good connections to everything on Tromso via the bus stop immediately outside, and having the Narvessen in the foyer was useful too!
We were on the 12th floor in one of the corner rooms which meant we had two fantastic window views looking south/east over Tromso and to the mountains beyond. Quite a view to wake up to on our first morning!"
