"The hotel room felt very European which I loved. The overall design was to be efficient and they succeeded! There is no front desk but staff where available to assist if necessary as the check in and checkout was touchscreen. The process was easy! The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and provided extra towels. The hotel offered a large quiet area to catch up on emails and to do a bit of work. Very convenient as Bayfront and Kaseya Center across the street!!!!! An easy Uber ride to South Beach."

"Stayed overnight for our cruise. Good for overnight or short stays, no close restaurants nearby, used door dash. Hotel is dated and needs some improvement. "

"Rooms very old/need updating. Shower was gross looking with layers of peeled paint on the floor and walls. Bedding had hairs on/in it on arrival. Dusty surfaces. Pimple patch was found stuck to side table. Only 1 working outlet in the room. The single use shampoo bottle was half empty in the shower. The “included breakfast” was some fruits and deli meat or cereal. Anything more was additional charges."

"Motel is within great proximity to the beach and offered free beach towels and chairs. Parking was affordable. The building we were in was very run down and the room was not as we expected in comfort or cleanliness however we took the good with the bad and made the best of it. "

"What a beautiful brand new hotel right on the beach!!! The property is gorgeous and the staff was amazing. The pool looks like a postcard with the yellow and white umbrellas up every morning! The dinner restaurant wasn't open yet for our stay, but the pool served food to your chair and their restaurant on the pier was fantastic as well. "
