The check in process is confusing and unnecessary. The app lets you check in and tells you to scan the QR code on arrival for the key cards. When you arrive to scan the code, there are 2 guest agents there who tell you to go over to the desk. Basically do the check in process again. Just seems like a big circle that could be streamlined. The only other negative, is that the rooms are sound proof but the entry door is NOT. You can hear everyone and everything in the hallway. Now for the positives — I mentioned it was our anniversary with our reservation, and they set up the sweetest display in our room. It was a great added touch. The food at The Wilson is so, so good. The bed was comfy and the toiletries smelled great.

Great location and facilities when traveling with the family. The only 2 recommendations are: to do a better dust control in the rooms with curtains, fans and the nightstands lamp shades and replace the king bed mattress.
