"We have stayed here many times. While it is aging and in need of updating, it is exceptionally maintained and always meticulously clean. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and easy access to I95 or downtown Perry. It's also pet friendly (with a reasonable fee). There is a microwave and small refrigerator in your room. AC is cold and the shower is hot. Breakfast is the weak point - but you get what you pay for and I'm not staying there for the food. There's an IHOP and a grocery store within walking distance."

This allowed light into the room all night which was not ideal. However it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I would definitely stay there again."
