"This is an older motel so I didn't have high expectations. The room was clean and sparsely decorated. The AC/heater worked, which was important. The plumbing all worked. The shower was great.
The owner/manager was very helpful and we had a pleasant conversation.
The only possible con was that there was no shampoo, soap or cups in the bathroom. I don't know if that's policy or it was just overlooked. I always have them with me anyway, so it wasn't much of a hardship.
Overall, I would stay there...
