"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice...

"Absolutely fantastic stay - we wish we could have been there longer! It was a short one night stop where we arrived in the evening from Liechtenstein ready to take the Glacier Express the following early morning from St Moritz. The staff gave us a warm and helpful greeting, and quickly got our key for our room. The room was beautiful, we loved the free mini bar and beautiful decor. We ate in the restaurant where both the food and service were exemplary. Our only reason to return to St Moritz would be to stay at this wonderful hotel again - but for longer next time! "
