We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss. These days this represents exceptional customer service and we are grateful to the Kremlin Palace for stepping up when our family holiday was ruined at the last minute.

Upon arriving at the resort on check in day, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked/over booked and even with prior months of a reservation in place. I was informed that I could not be put in the room I reserved because they did not have any

We really enjoyed this resort. Everything was absolutely perfect. Room service was always on point never missing a beat to the resort is humongous and beautiful very family and children friendly I would recommend this resort to anyone if I ever return. I would definitely want to stay here.
