Showers had mold, sink drain slow, limited amenities. Hotel lot sits in an unsavory location. No view, keep your blinds closed! Great for an overnight stay only, timely shuttle service to airport, breakfast was great. Staff was good.

Cons: the room is very noisy, you can hear the personnel or other guests out loud. The gym is tiny, only 2 or 3 machines. Pros: facilities in general are clean, wifi works fine and the room is comfortable enough.

Not as advertised

The free breakfast they advertise does not exist and has not for a while. Getting there as late as I did, there was not option for food (Uber eats never has any drivers) and the hotel has nothing available. It was mostly clean and comfortable but I chose this location because they advertised free breakfast and they did not have it.

Rooms were not ready when I arrived even though we arrived later than expected check in time. Definitely understaffed. Rooms were not clean and ready to move-in ready.

What happen that one of the staff members got into our room at 4:30am looking for a place to crash this is one of the worst things I've ever happened to us seen since I stay in I a hotels over my life. I won't recommend it.

The staff was amazing but on Sunday there was only 1 employee running between City Express and City Express Suites. There was no food prepared on Sunday. It was difficult to get transportation and no food delivery. This should be in the description. There was no one to drive the shuttles. The hotel had to pay an Uber to get to the airport. There was no phone available in the room.
