Excellent service. Easy to communicate with the owner, who was very flexible and helpful. The property is new, very well appointed and pleasingly decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was cleaned for us daily. It was a joy to stay at this place for 3 days.

Although I contacted the property 48 hours prior I was not given any codes to get in. I was given a phone number which I had text earlier in the day to notify we would be arriving with no response. My taxi waited OVER AN HOUR (extra charge for me) with me and even reached out to the property manager on his phone to get them to answer. Finally was able to get in. Very friendly regardless. The person in charge Karla, promised to send a driver to take us to the airport in the morning (she offered) , The driver never arrived. We struggled to find alternate arrangements. It is not the type of place where you can walk out and find a taxi. The place is very nice and very clean and very secure, but not very well organized as far as getting in and please don’t make promises you cannot keep. We were counting on your word to get us to the airport on time.

I’m pretty sure these are brand new lofts. They’re really clean. Contactless check in all entrances (3 total) had a little pad to enter your code which is the same for the 3 doors. Well furnished too.

The property was brand new and spotless! Karla was responsive and very accommodating! The taxi driver needed help finding the place. He called Karla and she stayed with him on the phone until she was certain he knew the way! There is an incredibly delicious breakfast place 300 steps away!

Departamento único en su clase en Silao. Por motivos de trabajo viajó mucho al bajio. Y los hoteles alrededor de puerto interior son muy básicos. Relación precio calidad los loft de aquí están muy por encima de cualquiera. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y muy fácil el acceso. Felicidades a Karla la administradora me atendió de maravilla y me dio excelentes recomendaciones para comer en Leon...
