"A very comfortable and spacious room with a great bed. Quiet, relaxing and a view of the sea. For an international chain, the TV channel selection is quite outdated (no streaming option or major movie channel) but other than that a very enjoyable stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lagoon Hotel. The check-in was easy. I asked for a room on a high floor and I got it. I thought the staff at the hotel was attentive. There are two downsides to the hotel. There are only two elevators for a 12-story hotel. The elevators are slow. There are no clear signs pointing to the stairs. The other thing lacking is good lighting in the rooms. The room is dim. The bathroom mirror lighting is dim and very hard to get a good shave. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again. The views from the room are worth it."

"This is the second time that I have spent my vacation and visiting family in your hotel and I was not disappointed the first or the second time. The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. I celebrated my wife's birthday there and they were able to get me a cake within one day. The concierge was an amazing woman she made sure that everything was going as planned. I would give this hotel five stars."

The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful.
