"Overall, the property was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. The food was acceptable as well. However, the internet connection could be improved, and the welcome experience felt somewhat indifferent and lacked warmth. Despite this, the stay was generally good."

Plus, I was able to get a good night's sleep in a one of quietest hotels in memory. The full waited-on breakfast was excellent and a nice break from the usual buffet style meals."

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."
