Please note the roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. Drive carefully and enjoy the ride!
The area is well-served by public transport. At check-in, youโll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts. The nearest bus stop is about a 20-minute walk, and from there, itโs only 30 minutes by bus to Thunโs train station.

๐ Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, especially on the balcony, to respect our neighbours. Noise sensors will alert you if limits are exceeded.
โก๏ธ As part of the building rules, check-ins are not allowed after 8 PM.
๐ No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and breaking this rule will result in notifying the authorities.
๐ญ No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the balcony.
๐พ No Pets: Sorry, we canโt accommodate pets.
๐ฅ No Fireplace or BBQ Use: These are not available for use during your stay.
๐ซ Guests are strictly prohibited from flying drones on or around this property due to local regulations. Heavy local fines apply for violations.
๐ฌ๏ธ Ventilation: After cooking, please air out the kitchen/living room for at least 15 minutes, and air out the bathroom after showering.
๐ธ Report Damages: Please report any damages with photos as soon as they occur.
