I would stay in this hotel anytime.

Hotel centrally located with close access to the Friedrichstraße stations and trams. Large room and bathroom with great buffet breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Regret that there were no suitcase racks or bathroom slip mats available on request which are important for older customers. Very convenient for station and easy to visit the main sites of Berlin. Excellent lifts available. Recommended for a stay in Berlin.

From this location I was able to easily navigate Berlin. The staff were also friendly, and helpful. However, my room had several issues that weren't resolved during the stay. The lights would not turn fully off, the desk lamp had no light bulb, the phone to reception didn't work, and the toilet would not flush. They attempted to resolve the issues, but they recurred. The staff did try their best, and I was given a few free drinks for the inconvenience. But at over 100 Euro a night, I at least expect to flush the toilet and control the lights.

Convenient location for places we wanted to see. The room was clean, but there was no fridge, which was disappointing . The Hotel is very environmentally friendly Not many nice restaurants in the area.
