I vowed not to return to this property since I stayed there over 10 years ago. I left a necklace and wanted to return and get it, they didn’t want to help me find it. Plus the rooms smelled of smoke. So this time the room wasn’t as great ether, I was happy we had a fridge. The beds were uncomfortable and I had brought a small air purifier to combat any smells. The shower would not drain and black stuff was backing up. They did fix it but they never cleaned the tub after fixed. I was so tired of asking for things I let it slide. One day we asked to clean the room multiple times. We were eating in the room and I wanted the trash out and more towels. We were ended up taking the trash out ourselves. They did give us a bag of towels but didn’t bother to pick up the dirty ones. There was no 24 hour restaurant there, it was fine because we brought our meal prep food and ate rather healthy. It was inconvenient ordering food from their cafe I had to go to the restaurant and scan the QR code. That should be located in every room as well as a way to order room service. I most likely won’t be staying there again. Maybe an upgraded room would have been nicer. One of the house keepers was very helpful, most hotels accommodate things you forget. This one did not and wanted you to purchase from their market. If you do sports betting it’s a great place to stay. I was also upset about the parking charges even as a guest we had to pay and I was double charged.

Absolutely — I’d keep the review firm and detailed, but make it more polished and credible so the issues stand out without sounding overly emotional. We have stayed at The Cosmopolitan many times over the years, and normally our experience has been excellent. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was completely different and extremely disappointing. We arrived around 6:00 PM, and our room still wasn’t ready. We were eventually told we could go ahead and enter the room. As we exited the elevator, we immediately noticed that multiple hallway lights were missing, with wires protruding from the walls, including what appeared to be exposed live electrical wiring. This was concerning from both a safety and maintenance standpoint. When we entered the room, it was not particularly clean, and several items were missing from the minibar. I called the front desk because I did not want to be charged for items that were already missing. I was told someone would be right up to restock it. No one ever came. We left for dinner assuming the room would be taken care of while we were gone, but when we returned, the minibar still had not been restocked. The following morning, we left for our conference. When we returned later that day, we noticed an unpleasant smell in the room. We eventually discovered that it was coming from the mini-fridge, where there were moldy leftovers that had apparently been left behind by a previous guest.
