Unit 46 - 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium East View

  • Unit 46- This newly furnished and updated one bedroom one bathroom with a property view condo is located on the fourth floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulfs warm waters. The units living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The living room has leather furnishings. The bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. The condo has tile throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space which also has a queen size sofa bed. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

The location of this property is amazing. You walk out the buildings front door and the beach and ocean is right there. The pools and amenities the Palm Bay Club offers also make it worth the visit. Tennis, Pickle Ball, a gym and the location to get to both ends of the key make this spot very convenient. I would definitely go back. If there was one draw back the condo is a little dated, kitchen and bathroom, but the TV works great and the couch is very nice and comfortable. Also very reliable internet.

The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to the beach. We didn't use the pool, so I cannot comment on that. Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay. We constantly had to hunt for a parking spot, and there was ongoing construction work, which meant we were exposed to constant noise throughout the day. If you are traveling with a small child who needs to nap, I definitely do not recommend this hotel, as the noise will make it impossible for them to sleep. Furthermore, the building itself is very old, and the kitchen area was extremely small.
